South and Vale Young Carers information
Young people under the age of 19 who are looking after or helping to look after a member of their family can receive support from South and Vale Carers' Centre.
Young carers...
- go on trips and outings every month
- can go away for weekends
- have visits and help from a young carer worker
- can have money from the break fund to do something they want to do
Sarah or Mich will listen to you and not tell anyone what you said. They will talk to your family or school about your worries, but only if you want them to. You can telephone or text or they will meet you in a safe place to talk.
